The Labour Urban Regeneration Network (LURN) is a new space for developing creative ideas and practical policies that deliver economically successful, environmentally sustainable, and socially equitable neighbourhoods.

That work is essential because, in order to obtain and use power for the common good, the Labour Party needs to offer hope and change to deprived and marginalised places.

The LURN brings together people from across the party and beyond to share ideas, solve problems, and inspire each other.

We are an open, independent, mission-driven organisation.

Our Mission

The Labour Urban Regeneration Network (LURN) is a shared space for creative thinking and practical action that delivers successful, sustainable, and equitable neighbourhoods.

Our mission is to improve the lives of millions of people living in towns and cities across the UK. By creating a space for Labour Party members and supporters to develop ideas, tackle common problems, and inspire one another by showcasing their achievements.

Our Work

We deliver that mission in four ways

Organisation

The LURN is an independent, mission-driven organisation.

We adapt what we do, and how we do it, to reflect the challenges we identify and the opportunities we see to advance our mission.

We welcome support from and collaboration with people and organisations that share our aims, but we do not advocate for a particular industry or interest group.
